To make purchases within the site, the user and/or client must register on the website with an email and password that is for the exclusive and personal use of the client. The user accepts and acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICIES

SHIPPING

KS will send your order in the established time conditions, the cost will depend on the destination and will be included in the purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN COLOMBIA

Delivery shall be made to the address indicated at the time of check out to any responsible person of legal age who is at home at the time of delivery, for which the signature on the carrier’s waybill shall be sufficient. Includes for residential units or buildings with concierge service, the reception and signature of the doorman.

The delivery time will begin to count from the confirmation of payment, it will be sent through a message to your email. For credit and debit card payments, our payment processor PayU must approve the transaction based on data analysis, which may take up to one business day.

– If your purchase is confirmed before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, the first business day is the day you make the purchase and from that day the delivery time will begin to count.

– If your purchase is confirmed after 3 p.m., the delivery time will begin to count from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

– If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start to count from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase.

If at the moment of receiving your order, you notice any change in the packaging or condition of it, this should be recorded in the observations field of the waybill.

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time and in case there is no one at home, the carrier will make up to two additional delivery attempts. In case of non-delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The customer has a term for returns of 7 business days from the date on which the carrier delivers your order to the address provided in the purchase. You must notify about the return within 7 business days through one of our customer service channels. The return shipment must be made by any means and the associated costs will be borne by the buyer. The shipping date that appears registered in the return guide must not exceed 7 business days from the initial receipt date.

You must bear in mind that promotional or discounted products are not subject to change. In some cases, special conditions will apply that will depend on the dynamics or activity on which you are buying them.

To return the product you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your preference, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it can not be affected during the transport process.

The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been used. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a new product will be sent to you or a coupon for a new purchase will be given to you.

You can choose between the following options:

– Product change (Subject to inventory availability at the time of change). Changes can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.

– Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

– Money back. (Only for requests for product quality).

These are the times for each of the options:

– The changes will be dispatched according to inventory availability and the same times of a regular delivery will apply.

– The coupon to make a new purchase will be sent approximately 2 business days after receiving the product in the warehouse.

– Money refund: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card. Partial refunds will be processed via electronic transfer.

Through electronic transfer, the process can take from 5 to 7 business days. The refund to your credit card can take up to 30 business days, this time is estimated and is subject to the internal process of the card-issuing bank. Karen Kopp Sierra will not be responsible for deductions or withholdings of money for services that the financial entity may apply.

After receiving the product in our warehouse, we will send you a refund request form for you to fill out, once we confirm receipt of this form, the time for your refund will begin to count.

In case your product does not meet the conditions to accept the return. We will inform you with a message to your email the reason why the change and/or guarantee is not applicable and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer must exercise this right within the first 5 business days following the date on which the product was delivered. For the return invoking the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which he received it, approaching an authorized point of the carrier and using only the guide provided by the business.

In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, KS will return to the consumer all the sums paid without proceeding to make discounts or withholdings for any reason. PAYMENT REVERSAL

The law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms and/or online sales, and a credit card, debit card or any other means of electronic payment has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when it is subject to:

– Fraud.

– Corresponds to an unsolicited transaction.

– You have not received the purchased product within the time informed in the delivery policy

– The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.

If any of the above grounds are met and to proceed with the reversal of the payment, within five (5) business days the consumer must return the product, when appropriate, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment method of the claim. used to make the purchase, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.
